Viventium is introducing a new generation of HR and payroll software. Tailored to both the employer and the manager it is available as a web app and a standalone application for almost all major platforms. Extensive user interviews and regular testing sessions lay the foundation for the entire product design process – from initial low-fidelity designs over thorough UI guidelines to the final release version. 
Since a low learning curve and an intuitive interface were core requirements right from the beginning it was only logical to follow native guidelines as close as possible – without sacrificing a unique brand appearance.
